Services

Once a company is engaged as a client, Emerging Growth Group management actively works with the company to provide the array of services and activities that constitute business development. This support consists of three levels of engagement:

Level 1 – Corporate Development Assistance:
We work with the company to determine and help them provide for their specific corporate infrastructure needs. This could include:
  • Assembly of resources (information, human and financial);
  • Business structures and systems controls & best practices;
  • Service provider requirements;
  • Recruitment of boards and advisors; and,
  • Operational and back-office support

Level 2 – Administrative and Management Services: We have established relationships with professionals having relevant expertise in core areas of administrative and corporate development. Access to these providers is afforded to our client companies. Services include legal, accounting, intellectual property legal, recruitment, risk management and human resource administration. Additional personnel resources are provided through relationships that we have established with area colleges and universities to provide interns in several areas of expertise. While client companies are responsible for costs associated with these services, the services are offered at less than market rates and are individually negotiated with each client company.
Level 3 – High-level Corporate Development: Through our staff & members, high level value-added corporate development support is provided to client companies. While this support is tailored to the needs of each company, it generally would include the following key elements:

  • Strategic planning;
  • Capitalization strategy;
  • Development of relationships & strategic partnerships;
  • Progress monitoring;
  • Capital formation;
  • Daily advice and sounding board.

In addition to these services, Emerging Growth Group companies also benefit from the interaction with other of our affiliate companies. Efforts are made to promote both formal and informal contact among the companies, service providers, other technology companies and the community at large.
